Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation system works based on timing.
Cancellation Charges Based on Timing
Cancel more than 72 hours before arrival: You’ll receive 70% of your payment back. We’ll keep 30% to cover our administrative work and the challenge of rebooking at short notice.
Cancel between 48 to 72 hours before arrival: You’ll get back 50% of your payment. The closer to check-in, the harder it becomes for us to fill your room with another booking.
Cancel less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund will be provided. Last-minute cancellations make it nearly impossible for us to re-book the room.
How to Cancel Your Booking
Contact us by email or phone with your booking reference number. We’ll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours. The time we receive your cancellation request determines which charges apply.
If You Don’t Show Up
If you don’t arrive without informing us, we’ll treat it as a no-show. The entire booking amount will be forfeited with no refund. Please let us know if your plans change.
Changing Your Dates
Want to reschedule instead of canceling? Contact us at least 72 hours before check-in. We’ll try to accommodate your new dates based on availability. Price differences between old and new dates will be adjusted. Modification requests within 72 hours follow cancellation rules.
Special Circumstances
Natural disasters, medical emergencies, government travel bans, or similar unexpected situations may be considered for policy exceptions. Contact us with relevant proof, and we’ll review your case individually.
Refund Policy
We process refunds fairly and transparently. Here’s what you need to know.
When You’ll Receive Your Refund
After confirming your cancellation, we’ll process the refund within 10 working days. Working days don’t include Sundays or public holidays. Your bank might take additional time to credit the money to your account.
Refund Calculation
Your refund depends on when you cancel. Cancel more than 72 hours early—get 70% back. Cancel between 48-72 hours—get 50% back. Cancel within 48 hours—no refund. Original payment gateway charges are not refundable.
How You’ll Get Your Money Back
We’ll discuss the refund method with you when processing cancellation. Options include bank transfer, UPI, or refund to your original payment method. If you paid by card, we can refund to the same card. For UPI or cash payments, we’ll need your bank details for transfer.
Refund Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirming the refund with transaction details. If money doesn’t appear in your account within 10 working days after our confirmation, check with your bank first. Contact us if the problem continues, and we’ll help track it.
When Refunds Don’t Apply
No-shows without notice, cancellations within 48 hours, early departures without prior information, or rule violations resulting in removal from the resort don’t qualify for refunds. Extra charges during your stay like bedding, activities, food, or property damage are also non-refundable.
Consider Rescheduling
Instead of canceling, consider changing your booking to future dates. This often helps avoid cancellation charges. We’ll adjust any price differences between the original and new dates.
