Making Your Reservation

To confirm your booking, we require 30% of the total amount as advance payment. The balance amount can be settled when you arrive. We accept UPI, cash, debit cards, and credit cards for all transactions.

Arrival and Departure

You can check into your room from 11:00 AM onwards. We request you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM on your departure day. Please carry a valid photo identification document such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License. Presenting ID at check-in is mandatory as per government regulations.

Room Occupancy

Our rooms comfortably accommodate two adults. If you're traveling with one child, they can stay in the same room with you. For additional sleeping arrangements, we provide extra beds at ₹1,000 per night. Please let us know in advance if you need this facility.

Pets and Smoking

We welcome your pets at the resort. Please ensure they remain well-behaved and don't disturb fellow guests. Keep pets on a leash in shared spaces. Smoking is allowed in open areas if it doesn't bother other guests. Smoking inside rooms is not permitted.

Taking Care of Our Property

We trust you'll treat our rooms and facilities with respect. If anything gets damaged during your stay, we'll need to charge you for repairs or replacement. We check rooms at checkout to ensure everything is in order. The resort cannot be held responsible if your personal belongings get lost or damaged during your stay.

Children at the Resort

Children under 5 years stay free when sharing the bed with parents. Children aged 5 and above need separate bedding, available at ₹1,000 per night. We request parents to supervise their children, especially near balconies and in common areas.

What We Offer

Free parking is available for all guests. We organize adventure activities at additional cost—ask our reception for details. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. While we try our best to provide uninterrupted services, temporary disruptions due to power cuts or technical issues may occur occasionally.

Behavior Standards

We expect all guests to be respectful toward others and our team. Excessive noise, improper behavior, or breaking resort rules can lead to immediate booking cancellation without refund. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if their conduct is inappropriate.

Changes and Unexpected Situations

You can modify your booking by contacting us, subject to room availability. In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, we'll work with you to find a fair solution—either rescheduling or refunding as appropriate.

Legal Matters

These terms follow Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Uttarakhand courts. By completing your booking, you accept these terms and conditions.
